Cancellation policy

If you do sign up with me this is a form you will have to sign, until then if you want a quick read this is our cancellation policy
1. Notice Period
You must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a personal training session. Notice can be given via text message, WhatsApp message or phone call.
2. Late Cancellations/Rescheduling's
Any session cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee and will be counted as a used session if it is part of a package.
3. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without any notice will be treated as a no-show and will be charged in full.
4. Trainer cancellations
If I need to cancel a session, I will give as much notice as possible. The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
5. Exceptional circumstances
Cancellations due to genuine emergencies or illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be requested where appropriate.
6. Session extensions
Sessions will not be extended due to the clients lateness or by interruptions caused by the client.
7.Training package expiry
The 5-week personal training programme must be completed within 7 weeks of the first session. Any unused sessions after this time will expire.
8. Refunds
All sessions must be paid for in advance before the session begins. Refunds will not be issued for non-participation. Refunds due to the personal illness or injury of the client will be at the trainers discretion. All training packages are prepaid and non-refundable. By purchasing a 5 week training package the client commits to the full program duration.
